An own son of the late, great Strait From Texas. This is one of the few Homozygous Sons from Strait From Texas, and there won't be any more! This one was from his last foal crop!
He is tested homozygous for Tobiano, so he will produce 100% color. This is a gorgeous stallion with a great conformation, nice head, and big hind quarters. He has a nice temperament and easy to handle.
His sire, Strait From Texas, was an Eight-Time World and Reserve World Champion. He is the only horse in APHA history to win the Oscar Crigler Award three times and the only Oscar Crigler Award winner to sire another Oscar Crigler Award winner. He sired a Seven-Time World Champion who sold for close to $800,000. Strait From Texas' sire was the multi-world champion stallion Ris Key Business.
Strait N Gorjeous' dam is a trained and talented cowhorse with some "greats" on her papers as well. She was shown for three years in US Team Roping Championships (USTRC) and won close to $7,000. She was very fast and and was fantastic in Heading and Steer Stopping. She was recently sold to a buyer from the UK.
